*Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same day for dispatch. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be processed the next working day

Store Pick-up
Orders placed for pick-up can be collected within 30 minutes of being placed. Our store pick-up times are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 11.30am & 6pm
Thursday - 11.30am & 7pm
Saturday - 9.30am & 3pm
Orders placed whilst the store is closed, can be collected the following working day

Returns & Refunds

Returning your order to us
You can return your order to us within 28 days of purchase as long as it has not been opened or used.
All returns postage costs are at the buyers expense. When returning your item/s to us, ensure to obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Once your return has arrived with us, we will aim to process it within 5 working days and issue you with a refund. You will be refunded via the original payment method.

We will email you once your return and refund has been processed.

Please return any unwanted item/s that are in a saleable condition (unopened, unused and packaging in tact) to:

For any item/s returned to us that are not in a saleable condition, we are unable to process a return and issue you with a refund.
